How to lead during change

Overall a very good intro course to change management. The instructor conveyed core concepts and stages that organizations and individuals go through during large changes. The concepts were high level and could have used some more concrete examples. Of course, diving into more detail would have extended the course. On of the benefits of this class is that you can gain a good understanding of what to expect and some good advice on how to lead during change in just a couple hours.
