Key Project Management Deliverables: The Documentation You Really Need | Video

Running any project means creating a whole set of project management deliverables. These are the project documentation deliverables that you need, so you can control your project, manage it efficiently, and deliver it in an accountable way.

In this video, I will look at the key Project Management deliverables, in three groups of 5:

  • The five top Project Management deliverables I consider to be just about mandatory project documentation on any project
  • Second tier deliverables that you’ll need once your project gains any substantial scale or complexity
  • Five more key project deliverables that I’d expect bigger projects to need.
