ITIL 4 is the latest version of ITIL, which is the subject of this course.
The ITIL Foundation is the entry level certification. It will give you a broad knowledge of the key elements, concepts, and terminology of the ITIL IT service management lifecycle. Great course. Ivor’s experience and explanation in the course is invaluable. Passed the exam with flying colours. Would definitely recommend this course to others. However if you want to feel more confident before the exam would also recommend to buy the ITIL APP from Axelos (it's not very costly - 5 euros). So this course plus the app will give you the best results.

Excellent course. As a tester, I found a few minor bugs. None of these mattered at all. The presenter, Ivor Macfarlane is a great presenter, explainer and story teller. This course was actually fun.
