This is a proven process that will help you cope with feelings of overwhelm, and overcome them.

Overwhelm is a problem of stress: of not feeling in control. It is not a time management problem – and I explain why, in the video. (Overload is the ‘equivalent’ time management issue).

Overwhelm is not a time management problem. Rather, it’s a stress management problem. As a result, the solution is not better time management. What you need is a coping strategy, that helps you handle the stress of overwhelm, by taking back control.
