Let’s look back on 2020 and see what we can learn to make us better Project Managers, Professionals, and People.

It comes to an end soon. Maybe you’re catching up with this video after the start of 2021 and it already has.

This year has seen a lot of big events on the world stage and in many countries. It feels like change continues to accelerate in so many ways.

Without a doubt, project management skills will continue to be valuable. And probably increasingly so. Critical thinking, engaging with stakeholders, and getting things done. These can make our world better, locally, and globally.

Over the holidays, I like to use some of my time to take stock on the year gone by. But I shan’t indulge myself and bore you with my own achievements and setbacks. What I recommend is you do some of that for yourself.
