Elizabeth’s latest book is Engaging Stakeholders on Projects. It was published by the Association for Project Management (APM) on 21 September 2020. So, it’s red-hot off the presses!
So, I wanted to ask Elizabeth some of the questions that occurred to me as I read her book. But the first thing I need to say is how good it is. And I know how hard it is to write a book to a publisher’s brief. Stakeholder engagement is a big topic.
Having read her book, I think Elizabeth’s book will appeal to new project managers – while also having some great insights for experienced PMs.
