As the founder of Projecting Success, he champions a data-driven approach to transforming project delivery. He established the Project Data Analytics Task Force, created the first project data trusts, and founded Project:Hack and the Project Data Analytics Meetup.

Data Analytics, AI, and the Future of Project Management
Over the last 10 years, Martin Paver has gathered and led a coalition of project professionals to reimagine what project management can be. And his reimagining is rooted firmly in data and data analytics.
We discussed:
- Examples of the potential for data analytics to transform the way we deliver projects.
- When you use the terms data and data analytics what should project managers understand by these terms?
- We can see the first signs of this transformation. But Martin has been thinking deeply about the steps we need to take. I asked him to lay out a road map for us.
- Why isn’t this a no-brainer? I would think that people would be queuing up for it. We discuss the barriers and how do we overcome them.
- To make progress, we need to take concrete steps. Martin sets out the next steps that the profession needs to take.
