About Anita Phagura

Anita Phagura is the founder of Fierce Project Management, and a passionate advocate for diverse leaders at the heart of projects and beyond. And she is done with the status quo, and knows to bring about real meaningful change. She believes we need leaders who will push the boundaries.

As a project manager for over a decade in railway and construction, often the only woman in the room and only woman of color, she heard messages of being ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’ – that she needed to change to fit in. What a loss of the power of difference.

Now Anita, an ICF qualified coach. She coaches fierce leaders to ’embrace your misfit’ and stand strong in their own shoes whilst they create ripple effects of real change. Anita has a knack for asking the hard questions that push her clients and followers forward with empathy and compassion. She aims to build cultures where misfits don’t have to fit in, but where they can belong.
