Charles Vivian is an experienced and inspiring business leader. In 2017, the UK Business Awards named him the UK’s Inspirational Business Leader of the Year.

Charles recently became the Managing Director UK of Roboyo, a global leader in Intelligent Business Process Automation.

Before this, Charles ran North Highland’s UK and NE US business, taking on a business leadership after transforming their Project and Program Management practice. I first met Charles back in the late 1990s when we worked together at Deloitte. As a new Project Management consultant, Charles joined the first large project I led.

And we stayed in touch. What I observed in all Charles’ ventures was a commitment to the people he has worked with. That’s why I wanted to speak with him about High-Performing Project Teams.
