Susanne Madsen is an internationally recognized project leadership coach who is known for her transformational leadership programs.
She has coached hundreds of individuals from high-profile organizations across the globe and has worked with organizations such as JP Morgan, Citigroup, LEGO, Philips, BAM, and NXP.
She is the award-winning author of The Power of Project Leadership. Now in its 2nd edition, the book has been described as ‘a must-read for everyone in the project world’.
Susanne’s third book is How to Do the Inner Work. It has a ton of great advice for any professional struggling with internal questions of confidence, motivation, stress, or simply feeling good about the work they do. She describes this transition as moving above the line from stress to resourcefulness.
