Loredana Abramo

Loredana Abramo has lived and worked on 4 continents across 30 years of Project and Program Management, and corporate program office experience. She is now an adjunct professor for online Project Management courses at Boston University Metropolitan College.

Loredana is committed to sharing her experience in project management, and has written and presented multiple papers. She contributed to a recent book, the ‘Handbook of Responsible Project Management’.

She is also a regular speaker on Project Management competency development and co-authored the excellent ‘Bridging the Competency Gap’ with Rich Maltzman, with whom I’ve also recorded conversations.

And it’s her expertise in competency development that is the reason why I wanted to speak with her about Readiness to Lead.
